What the owner can see
What is on the yard, and whether it adds up.

- A posted ticket cannot be changed. Not by the office, and not by us. Nothing is deleted, and the record of changes cannot be edited by anyone.
What your office can do without you
You decide, and it arrives already decided — so a yard that never opens the settings still gets a sensible answer. Out of the box the office can set prices, and cannot pay anybody, cannot cross out a load, cannot release a payment you have held, and cannot hand out a gate PIN. Each one is a real switch, not a hidden button: turn it off and the system refuses, it does not simply stop drawing the button.
The panel that holds them says what it is for rather than telling you how to run your yard: “Yards are run differently, and none of these is the right answer.” And it says what is deliberately not a switch: “the rules the law fixes are not here — a seller is checked before they are paid.”
Three more are yours and only yours. Prices show at the gate unless you turn them off — off means kilos only, and the office prices everything. A phone or tablet only works the gate if you enrolled it, with a code that dies after fifteen minutes — a PIN typed on a device you did not enrol never reaches your yard. And the screen showing who changed what is yours alone: the office cannot open it.
This is not for watching your lads
All of that is control over what the software will let people do. It is not control over people.
The screen that shows who changed what says so at the top: use it to settle what happened, not to undo it. Your lads are not tracked, and nothing here tells you where anybody was.
